It took me a while but I got a good deal on 2017 LT. The car has only Comfort package.
12k /year 36 months $0 down and I am at $235 month. I am getting rid of my 2014 prem 2 months early but my payments will be down $100 a month. Most of the other dealers I contacted were $300 - $350 month so I am pleased with this deal. I am not sure how there could be a 4k difference in a lease price, but it pays to keep shopping around.
I pick up the new Volt this weekend

I despise leasing (USUALLY-but EV & EREV are exceptions); however, that looks like a pretty sweet deal. You did everything correct. You shopped around. You kept your mileage up. You didn't pay anything down. You will stay within the bumper/bumper warranty. You won't have any expenses like tires or anything else. And you kept a very low payment. Well done sir! Very well done!

I am not a big fan of leasing either, but the Volt is an exception. The new one gets better range and better mileage and uses regular gas, that and the real world value of these make them great to lease and not so great to buy. I should come close to where I would be buying a used car.
I really wanted the safety packages but the cost of the Prem was just too high, so when my lease is up I will look at buying a used Volt or Bolt with all the options.
I pick up the car this weekend so if it all goes smoothly I will be happy to share my contacts.

Bought my 2016 Volt at Bridgewater Chevrolet. I had a good purchase experience and still feel that I got a satisfactory deal. I can send the salesperson name if you are interested. I went to several dealers and most didn't know squat about the Volt but the guy at Bridgewater did.
