Micro Bubble Tech has been working with Electric City Motors (www.electriccitymotors.com) since 2008 to supply CNT batteries for their EV "the Current". I called Electric City Motors today, and here is what I learned:
1. Electric City Motors has started taking pre-orders for CNT-battery-powered Current that can run 400+ miles per charge, and can be recharged in a residential garage (using 240VAC) in 25 to 30 minutes (to be verified); and they even provide a 10 years warranty for CNT batteries!
2. Electric City Motors has ordered multimillion dollars of CNT batteries for their EVs. The CNT batteries to be produced in the United States.
3. The 400+ miles range is not running at a low speed like 30 miles/hour, but at highway speed - 70 to 75 miles/hour!
4. Among other things, Electric City Motors designs and makes drive trains in the United States.
5. Electric City Motors claimed to have fully tested CNT batteries for EVs in their Colorado plant. They told me the CNT batteries can survive in most climate conditions (including Texas).
6. Electric City Motors also told me that East Penn (http://www.eastpenn-deka.com) has been testing CNT batteries. Since East Penn is one of the largest lead acid battery manufacturers in the world, I guess it is likely that East Penn might acquire or merge with EcoloCap eventually.
Here are some links to 400+ miles "Current" EV:

I encourage everybody here to call Electric City Motors as a potential "Current" EV customer to verify what I heard.
