You have to be pay attention to the context of things you find in Internet searches. It may be, for example, that the picture you found was attached to a blog entry that said something like: "wouldn't it be cool if you could get the Volt in this colour?".

 

Here's a handy site that shows paint colors by manufacturer and year... the link is for 2017 Chevrolet, I expect the 2017 list will probably grow as other 2017 models specs are announced.
