I just bought a 2012 volt. I believe it is an early 2012, because it does not have MyLink. The only things I don't like about the car is the inability to use Siri and the how complicated the nav system is. I am interested in Apple CarPlay as I feel it will solve my problems. I know Pioneer and Alpine both make aftermarket systems that support CarPlay. Does anyone know if it is possible to replace the factory system the volt comes with, without doing any major harm?
