Hello,
I bought my 2013 gen 1 volt from a guy of Facebook. I discovered I needed new tires afterwards. After buying the new tires, I was told that I have 2 cracked rims. I bought the same size rims (Saturn Vue, 17"x7", 5x115 bolt pattern) and was told that my caliper was rubbing on the front rims. I am now at a loss of what to do. I've called around to different junk yards, with no luck. Do any of you have some suggestions of rims off other vehicles that will work?

You need to look for the wheel offset.

The Saturn Vue has an offset of 45-46mm. The Volt has an offset of 38mm.

A cheap fix would be to buy 2 wheel spacers. 8mm thick. That's just over 1/4" thick. ( 0.31 inches to be exact). That will distance the wheel from the hub so the rims no longer rub against the brake calipers.

Otherwise, if you want new (used) rims, make sure the offset is 38mm.

Here on E-Bay >>> 2x 8mm spacer <<<

or Amazon >>> 2x 8mm spacer <<<
