This pretty much flawless, wonderful 2011 Volt still gets 40 miles on a charge. But we have worn a hole right through the drivers floor mat! Any suggestions for sourcing an OEM used replacement? Or should I just source a new one from my dealer?

The OEM mats are pretty thin. I'd consider the Husky Weatherbeaters especially for a Michigan winter.

Yep, the OEM carpet Gen 1 floormats are pieces of crap. Might as well be made out of tissue paper.

I'd just get an after market all weather set (Weathertech or something).

I ordered the all weather rubber mats when I got the car and have used them ever since. No signs of wear.

Check Craigslist. There are a couple of brand new OEM sets listed for $45 on the Dallas Craigslist. Ebay or Amazon are also good bets.

Check out the rubber all weather matts SAMS club carries. Very plyable and if needed trimable and heavy duty for only 20 bucks.
