I have been researching and want to buy a 2013/2014 Volt (want "hold mode")
seems all I find are dealers selling, I don't like working with dealers!
anyone thinking of buying a new Volt please offer your old one for sale instead of trading in.
I am looking for Premier in any light color paint (gray is fine too), leather & heated seats a plus.
let me know before you let a dealer take it. Does not have to be low miles if price is right.
I am in Greensboro NC and travel to Lexington SC sometimes.

Aside from dealers, maybe check out Craigslist. I found my fully optioned '13 being offered from a private party that way for a reasonable price and it even included the balance of a GMPP warranty that was still valid for about 18K miles. Buying from a dealership would mean any extended warranties that might have been originally purchased are likely lost since there is only about a 30 day transfer window to the new owner. If you do go the way of a private sale, I would highly recommend taking it or really any car including dealer offered to another shop for a pre-purchase inspection. Odds are any Volt you purchase will likely pass without alarm since maintenance seems to be pretty minimal anyway however it's still a good idea since they will usually inspect items such as the rubber brake lines and CV boots as well as check for abnormal leaks, etc.
