This is an Apple play question, but it's annoying to me that Apple play only displays a limited number of albums present on my iPhone. How these are chosen is a mystery, and there seems to be no way to browse through my music on the car display even when parked. Sure I can ask Siri to play music that is not displayed, but I would prefer to scroll through my albums and then select what I want.

I'm guessing it's related to iTunes Match, or that mysterious check/uncheck option in iTunes.

The new (for a few years now) music app does really suck. Apple perfected the iPod, then they destroyed it.

When you're driving you can't see everything. When you're stopped and in park you can see all your music clearly.

CarPlay doesn't list all of them for safety. It is intended for quick glances. You will notice is says to ask Siri for more albums.
