What's the best source for a second L1 charger like the one that comes with the car? I'd like to keep one in the car all the time when traveling but also leave one plugged in and mounted in my home garage.

You can likely get a dual voltage evse for nearly the same money. Better investment than buying a 120 V only. There is at least one forum member with these for sale.

If you just want the OEM charger, your best bet is a dealer, 3rd party GM parts dealer, or ebay.
