Also if you have it on radio or any other setting than onstar directions. Look inside the green icon on the center stack.

Where is the compass?
Hi, we got a 2017, and are really pleased at how improved it is over the previous generation which we liked a lot. But one thing-where is the compass? My wife makes home calls and likes to use this to orient herself. Is it only with navigation (which we didn't bother spending for)? Or how do we access it? I couldn't find this in the manual or online...
