Wow, we're having one of the most severe storms I can remember for ages! Almost constant thunder and lightning and heavy HEAVY rain!

Amongst the other things I unplugged I included the Volt and the EVSE (from the wall). No charge for OHM-RIDE tonight and if this keeps up I might have to rig some pontoons <grin>.

....and the power went out just as I was typing this.

Lets hear it for long life laptop batteries and cell connections!

You must be getting the storm we had here last night. We didn't get hit too hard. Fortunately the night before I had just replaced our old 1949 fuse box with a new breaker panel AND whole house surge protection.

Wow, severe thunderstorms in your area, and day 15 or so of a heatwave out here in CA. And they say climate change is made up by the Chinese.
