It's actually OnStar. I have called OnStar twice in the last week after all my data on the MyChevrolet app disappeared and they told me they are doing a software update and it's taking longer than they thought. Check you app most likely all you have are the key fob functions, no charge status, Miles, tire PSI's etc.

When I called the second time I had them open a help desk ticket.

So that's why I couldn't see if the car was charged from the app this morning before preconditioning.

Hello,

I have noticed the problem with EV miles not being reported in the app and chatted with an agent today who said that they are aware of the problem and it should be resolved within the next 24 hours.
