I had side collision, and driver's door was replaced (taken from another Volt and painted to corresponding color).
The problem was that power window switch at driver's door did not work after such door replacement. So I went to some guy who can code such stuff. He connected his computer and fixed the switch in half an hour.
When I returned home I noticed that glass on driver's door can be moved up/down completely by short button press, but 3 other windows can be completely opened/closed only by holding corresponding button for a long time. So I called the guy and he said that he forgot to program "short press" of the buttons. He advised me to visit him again. But the problem that the guy lives 300 km away!
So I decided to try coding myself. What hardware and software do I need? Where I can find coding instructions (specifically for power windows)?
