When they come to replace your windshield check the edges. Mind had a burr that caused mine to crack. A UPS truck def threw a rock, but the burr was what split my windshield in half. Sounded like a gunshot.
I took pics and ground the burr down and covered with touch up paint.
GM didn't give a crap. $0 ded in fl so I didn't care.
