Man with all these requirements, you don't leave a lot of room for other variants of the volt. My requirement when buying was that it was cheap - bought a new $44k MSRP premium for $21k including state sales taxes. I would have loved to get red or blue or even silver, but got stuck with a white diamond tricoat. Consider loosening up on the features a bit and more vehicles will fit the profile.

I have what you describe exactly, (2013/Blue/Black/Leather/Heated Seats/Safety 1&2/Nav/Rear Cam, etc.) and just over 40k miles, but haven't been planning on selling it. Make me an offer!
