Starting to learn a little about PIDs and AT command / programming, very cool stuff

I got a hold of the Volt CAN Diag spreadsheet circulating on this board. In it has a tab with AT commands to wake up the HV (to read SOC when the car is off, for example). The spreadsheet has the following column:

ATZ
STP61
ATE0
ATH1
ATCP 10
ATCAF0
STCSWM2
ATSH100
00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00
00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00
ATSH620
00 FF FF FF FF FF 00 00
01 FF FF FF FF FF 00 00
ATSH621
00 FF FF FF FF FF 00 00
01 FF FF FF FF FF 00 00
ATSH622
00 FF FF FF FF FF 00 00
01 FF FF FF FF FF 00 00
ATSH100
00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00
ATSH627
00 FF FF FF FF FF 00 00
01 FF FF FF FF FF 00 00
ATSH62C
00 FF FF FF FF FF 00 00
01 FF FF FF FF FF 00 00
ATSH62D
00 FF FF FF FF FF 00 00
01 FF FF FF FF FF 00 00
ATSH100
00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00
STCSWM3

Are all these commands required to wake up the HV controllers? Or I just use a subset of these?
Thanks in advance.

Hi I'm the developer that put together the Volt CAN Diag spreadsheet. One set is for the Ampera and the other set is for the Volt. if you lookup the command list for the OBDLink MX the beginning is just setting up the adapter, format and communication mode.
"ATZ
STP61
ATE0
ATH1
ATCP 10
ATCAF0
STCSWM2"

the next part is waking up the ECU nodes both for the Ampera and Volt
"ATSH100
00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00
00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00
ATSH620
00 FF FF FF FF FF 00 00
01 FF FF FF FF FF 00 00
ATSH621
00 FF FF FF FF FF 00 00
01 FF FF FF FF FF 00 00
ATSH622
00 FF FF FF FF FF 00 00
01 FF FF FF FF FF 00 00
ATSH100
00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00
ATSH627
00 FF FF FF FF FF 00 00
01 FF FF FF FF FF 00 00
ATSH62C
00 FF FF FF FF FF 00 00
01 FF FF FF FF FF 00 00
ATSH62D
00 FF FF FF FF FF 00 00
01 FF FF FF FF FF 00 00
ATSH100
00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00"

then this is to get the mode back to normal to communicate normally "STCSWM3"
