WA Resident Looking for 2017 Volt

Had a 3-year Volt lease back in 2013 that expired last year, but the 2016 wasn't available around here so I held off. I'm now looking at getting a new Volt in the next few weeks, but deals around this area don't seem to be very enticing at the moment - locally the best I'm seeing is $500-$1500 off of MSRP and not much in the way of incentives or rebates.

I'm in the Seattle area and I'm potentially willing to make a weekend trip for a good deal. I'm not sure what of the great deals posted here are available OOS or not.

The rules have changed trying to lease a great deal in CA from out of state. Incentives seem to be only good for cars registered in CA. I have a family member trying to do the same thing, lives in Utah and 2014 lease is up this summer. Local leases in Utah are going for $450/month!

Very disappointed in GM/Chevy. They gained all these new customers in 2012-14 with the great lease deals (and Volts) and now these people are trying to lease another Volt and they are forced to pay crazy rates at their local dealers. GM should allow them something similar to CA deals at local dealers and keep these new customers happy. They will be jumping brands if they keep this up.
