You might try just uninstall/reinstall the app. Sometimes that fixes connection problems. Both of my RemoteLink and MyChevrolet apps have now been working (except for Lifetime EV miles) for several days since the server issues. On the same note "My Chevrolet" app stopped working about the same time (will not connect)
What makes it really weird is that the OnStar RemoteLink app does work. I've been out of town for the last month so I have not contacted OnStar yet.
I'm still in the same situation. I just completed an Onstar survey and mentioned my displeasure with the lack of EV data, which showed up in an earlier version.the basic app functions work, it's the EV data that OnStar is not providing. This is what is impacting VoltStats, w/o the EV data it can't work.
I have an open ticket with OnStar, they called me yesterday and left a voice mail requesting phone model, android version and app version... also requested to uninstall and reinstall the app (the I have done several times already), I called and provided the information.Yes, this issue has been affecting several of us since the 19th after onstar attempted a server update and encountered issues. We are no longer getting ev miles from our cars. Several of us already contacted onstar and we are just waiting.
Did you mention that Lifetime EV miles is missing from your MyChevrolet mobile app?I also contacted Onstar on this issue. My data ended as per the previous entries to the thread. Here is what they said via direct mail on Twitter
Hi, Andy. Even though http://Voltstats.com interfaces with OnStar data, they are not affiliated or owned by OnStar or GM. Unfortunately, we would not be in the best position to see why your VoltStats account is not updating. I know this is not the answer you were hoping to hear, but please know we are always here if you have any additional questions or concerns. ^RJ
So from this message seems they are washing their hands of the issue?
