I'm in the process of getting a 17' Volt with ACC.

Has anyone wrapped their grill and/or chevy logo on an ACC equipped Volt?

I installed a clear bra on my '17 (sans ACC, however) and wondered about its effect on the sensors. Don't have the nerve to check the auto braking feature yet.

I have, the center flat ACC grill is pretty easy. Create a template using masking tape, then transfer the pattern onto the clear bra (I purchased bulk 48" x 28" sheet). The side and bottom patterned grills were challenging, but working your way and making sure the film sticks to the valleys of the pattern was key. Pro-tip: Only use Expel Ultimate or 3M Scotchgard Pro, most forgiving and easiest to work with.

ACC functions normally with the thin film.

For some reason, I thought RoRo meant crashing into a tree or light pole as in "wrap the grill" around a tree. This made sense given you were asking about ACC and perhaps were wondering about ACC vs thin profile vehicles such as motorcycles and such.

BTW, does anyone with ACC have any issues following a motorbike?

Great! Thanks for posting your experience. I already purchased the 3M gloss wrap.

Hi Folks, Does anyone have any photos to post with their wrapped or painted grill? Please.

I thought I may eventually come to love the plasticy ACC front end and it just hasn't grown on me. I love ACC and it is worth it, but Dang It Chevy...you could have made the plastic black and it would have been perfect.

My husband also feels that it is the only part of the car that is lacking. So he and my mother-n-law are pulling forces to get this done for a holiday gift. I am really excited and hope this can work out.

The only thing that scares me...I let my husband have my car for the day. Everyone has warned me on this forum to never let the spouse know how amazing this car is or you will never get it back. Ooops.
