2013 Volts default to charging at 8 amp on the portable EVSE - which results in a 15 hour charge time. You can change the charge rate on the center console (I think it's the charging screen under the Leaf button, but I'm not really familiar with it because I have a 2012,) to let it charge at 12 amps (giving a 10 hour charge time,) but I'm told that you have to change it every time.
