Hello all,

My 2011 Chevrolet Volt shows the numbers "3634" in the bottom right of the multimedia screen when the cars starts-up. Is this just me or other people relate having the same thing? I haven't seen that in any other car.

That's part of your VIN number. The early Volts display the last 4 numbers. Your Volt was the 3,634th made. Mine is 300 cars older than yours.

Cool, thanks for the explanation, it indeed matched my VIN. I was worried that it was a custom firmware that was installed in the infotainment system.

It is custom firmware. It's purpose is to show the last four of the VIN.
