Are the 2016 supposed to have xm radio stock? I don't have the icon anywhere on mylink

There is no separate icon. Go into your "audio" menu and hit source or media a few times. It will get there eventually if you have an active subscription. I am not sure 2016s have it but would 95% bet yes.

Store a favorite XM station. It'll stick on the bottom row of the radio mixed with FM favs.

No, but you can put an XM station on the favorites list and get to it quickly that way.
