2023 Toyota Prius Unveiled In Europe As Plug-In Hybrid Only Model
The Prius Plug-in Hybrid is powered by a 2.0-liter gasoline engine and an electric motor that deliver more power—220 horsepower—and greater efficiency.insideevs.com
Edit: I see the plug in version gets 35-40 miles per charge, so this is equivalent to a 1st generation Volt. The non-plugin version gets 57 mpg.
I would have bought one if it was available when my Gen 1 Volt battery died. Instead I bought an ICE vehicle (VW Taos). I will still have to check out the new Prius though when it becomes available at dealers.
