As of the week of October 30th, 2017 the following has occurred:

RemoteLink App has same content and look as the MyChevrolet App on iOS and I assume Android OS as well. As reported in other posts the lifetime electric miles and efficiency percentage have been missing since mid October. I don't believe that this stat was reported on the original look and feel RemoteLink App.

MyVolt.com no longer accepts a valid User Name and password. In other words you just can't log into it anymore. The MyChevrolet website can be logged into, shows current data except past 30 day data is blank.

Does anyone know if MyVolt is on it's way to being taken off line? Is it being replaced by the MyChevrolet web site?

I remember reading a post sometime last year that the RemoteLink phone app was not going to be maintained or updated and that the MyChevrolet Phone App was the App of choice to be updated and maintained moving forward. As of the past week the RemoteLink App was updated to look like the MyChevrolet phone app.

As for the missing data on both the phone apps and the MyChevrolet web site, these appear to be missing in action with no known date for a fix.

This appears to be the current state of the volt data apps which apparently effects the functionality of the Volt Stats website.

Both the MyChevrolet and OnStar RemoteLink android apps have quit working on my android phone. They both say "unfortunately, the app has stopped" when I try to run them.

I have my Android phone to NOT do automatic updates, but I have not seen an update available for RemoteLink. The MyChevrolet app did update about a week and a half ago. My OnStar RemoteLink App has NOT changed. Both of my RemoteLink & MyChevrolet apps work EXCEPT for Lifetime EV miles.

Same as others are reporting. App updated, no lifetime EV miles. There was an email sent out several months ago saying that the RemoteLink app was going to be updated and that they were dropping support for Windows Phone and Blackberry OS at that time.

Perhaps this is the update they were speaking about.

MyCadillac app had similar data issues around Oct 19th. Everything was back to normal around Oct 24th.

MyCadillac always had lifetime miles and it matches the car odo. It also always had lifetime EV miles split out.

They switched to using email user names over three years ago.

Both Chevrolet and Cadillac web apps are junk. They never worked reliably for me.

Edit: just logged in to my.cadillac.com. Still crap.

I've opened a ticket with OnStar as they seem to be the responsible party. Will update if I learn anything.

In my situation NONE of my GM sources are displaying ANYTHING related to EV miles or percentage on my 2017 Volt. It all stopped on Oct 19. I have called OnStar three times and they say they opened two Case Files on me. I have spoken to Customer Care (US tech's) twice and after all the usually trouble shooting (uninstall and reinstall the My Chevrolet app, changing my OnStar users to my e-mail addres, nothing.

They also claim they they had a major software update and are still working through the update.

I wonder if brand new Volt's are afflicted.

mychevrolet.com has numbers for the last 7 days but not for the last 30 or 12 months, Voltstats stopped on 10/19. I noticed something else that's bizarre, it says that I traveled 121 electric miles in the last 7 days but it then makes the claim that I save 8 gallons of fuel and 116lbs of CO2. How are they figuring 8 gallons of fuel for 121 miles, the Volt uses less than 3 gallons at it's rated 42 MPG, are they assuming that you would be driving a Suburban if you didn't have a Volt?

I have the numbers on both apps
As I have posted before I get over 95% success when using the onstar app.
One tire has a very slow leak that I need to monitor

Sure would be funny if we find out those of us that Use Voltstats have less problems.

I did keep a hammer , volt meter and a screwdrive in the car
