How many VOLT/BOLT certified technicians and owners are in this Forum? I know mpmoore1979 is one of them, but is it possible that many others members are making a living with electric cars and contribute to this forum. It would be a great asset to know them, since they will have a well deserved credibility that their jobs confer them.

Yes , probably you are right, but they can always ignore pesky members ...on the other hand , once the warranties are over , these people will be the future mechanics of our electric cars, away from dealerships.

Whoever the people are who are in this forum are already available to offer guidance, and sometimes they do. I don't see how knowing who they are would make them more responsive to other members' problems. No need to paint a scarlet "T" on their foreheads to get them to offer advice.

I've been following this forum for some time and have found that helpful suggestions abound, from fellow Volt/Bolt owners and from self-identified Chevrolet technicians. Also, when a major complaint is voiced, Customer Service will step in to offer help. As long as I own a Volt, I will be reading the lists (and sometimes commenting) with the goal of educating myself regarding potential problems.and what to do if I experience a problem.
