Because of these select few Rick bashers, I wasted many hours talking in person, by phone, by email to numerous So. California Chevy dealers. It's a jungle out there: I was bounced around between internet sales men, finance guys, floor sales guys, I was quoted with straight face $995 in bank acquisition fees, $325 "wear care" bank fees, MSRP as sales price, $600+ monthly payment on a base model lease etc. On at least 3 occasions, sales people tried to make me fill out and sign credit check applications before even disclosing their price. These dealers and these people deserve as lawjds put it "at best neutral rating", because that's how most car dealers work and we, as consumers, tend to expect this kind of treatment if our objective is to get a fair price on a very expensive purchase.Ya about a 1000 who do and a selec few who do not.
Couldn't agree with you more! Add me to the club, but you guys already know that!I'm a member of the Keyes fan club too, becasue I'm also a fan of a good deal. Rick was great to work with. Best car delivery experience I ever had.
The Keyes deals are real and compelling, and they help get more Volts on the road. When you look at the bad comments they're always from people who didn't actually get a car from Keyes. Us happy customers all got our cars there and got great deals.
No you are correct just about 250 Volts, but about 1100 other owners last year. I help for all makes and models. I have been a GM for 25 plus years and we have most franchises within our dealer group and work endless hours to try and help peoples wishes come true. I know it is hard for you to believe but that is what i do. Yes there are times I am not perfect. There are also times people offer up incorrect information about even dealing with me.Wait you sold a 1000 volts when you said 250 in a earlier post......which is it?
