No BEV's including Bolt made the listings although some BEV platforms did (so maybe that counts?).

If the Bolt's headlights did not have excessive glare, according to the IIHS's testing, then they would have likely been rated "Good", and it would be at least an '18 TSP.

It'll be interesting to see how the Volt fares in the passenger-side SORB test. If it is rated as Good, it'll get the TSP+ designation. It just simply hasn't been tested for that yet.
The lack of some form of autonomous braking and adaptive cruise is probably keeping the Bolt from receiving top honors as well.
The Bolt received full points and a "Superior" rating for front crash prevention.

Adaptive cruise is not a requirement, only frontal collision warning and low/high-speed auto braking.
