Hello volt forums

I'm trying to find a list of useful PIDs and commands to issue through OBD2 so I can do analytics and automation and learn python and stuff.

I have the google sheets list of all PIDs that the community compiled (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1HgWCnosdRqZYoWHEl7ylAxjxv4UFVeisWiR7gcr8H6I/edit#gid=0), but a lot of them are unclear to me.

So far: Fuel Level, Fuel Remaining, SOC, Speed, chargewatt, and lastcharge Wh seem to be the most useful ones.

Are there commands for controlling the windows or for starting/shutting down the car or for the media center? Or would I have to go CAN sniffing to find that out, if it's possible at all?

obxMX owner here, I was thinking to buy an addon on software(as app detected my 2015 Volt and suggested to get additional suitable pids for it. it asked for 10$, I'm currently unable to buy as I live in Tbilisi/Georgia. maybe I can grub all those PID IDs from program and share it later.

it has a obd2 plug in the driver's side footwell or are you asking if it will pass obd2 check?passes if theres no check engine light on.
