I have a 2012 no nav. Starting last night when I hook up my iPhone 5s via the USB port to stream music I get a pop-up on the center stack that states "No File Found". If you hit OK it goes back to radio or CD and will not stay connected to the phone even though music is playing via Spotify. If you leave it alone it will keep playing music with the pop-up displayed. If you touch any button on the center stack it will boot it out of USB and back to radio or CD. If you use any buttons on the steering wheel or the charge port button it will change the screen but the pop-up will still be displayed over that screen. Anyone know how to fix this?

I'm not familiar with the iphone, but try the easy stuff first. Have you tried a different cable?

It sounds like the phone is in "file transfer mode" instead of "media mode". Maybe a setting got changed somehow?

I placed a bunch of songs on a USB drive and had problems. I looked at the owners guide and saw the car only supports certain file types. I removed the unsupported files and have not had any problems.

Yea but it has been working up until today... I am attempting to wipe and restore my phone to an older backup to see if that restores it to working order. If not then I am to assume it is something with the car.
