Was able to get an initial update when I first installed the Android application, and was also able to see the data on the web site from my PC.
I plugged in the 120 V charger last night and attempted to see the status of the charge using both the Android and Web site apps, both fail after timeout.
Android app gives a timeout 707 type error, web site posts a message: We're sorry. There was an error connecting to your vehicle. Please refresh your browser or try again later.

Is this an On Star issue and how can I go about recycling or resolving this so I can see my data remotely.
