Got a turn signal issue with my 2013 volt. Both the front and side indicator on the driver side is not flashing. Once every few minutes I do get a single flash from the lower indicator but not the side mirror. The running lights work and the bulb seems to be ok. I tested the filament with an ohm meter and both seem to be good. Also, the bulb holder seems to be good. When testing the pin for the lower blinker I'm getting 7 to9 volts at the pin. Any thought on what to check next or what it might be?
