Have you tried TireRack? They currently list the 2017 Bolt OE tire as Michelin Energy Saver A/S, 215/50R17 91H, Different Tread (DT) as back ordered but able to be delivered when available. You would have to check with the TireRack advisor to confirm that the DT designation is the manufacturer's designation for the SelfSeal version of the Energy Saver A/S tire. The price difference is minimal, $7.24 per tire for the DT version versus GM's Tire Performance Specification (TPC) tire.
