I work at a GM dealer in Ohio and I can not wait until we can start selling the Volt. I want to be the 1st one to own one. We can tell the foreign oil producers where to go!!! Mark V

I'm from NJ

No offense to everyone, I don't care where the build them! (somewhere in USA) I just hope they DO build them. :) Can't wait I own a Prius, would have rather bought US but GM/Ford didn't follow through. Let's hope they learned a lesson.

You need to contact everyone you can at GM to scrap the "limited availability area" for the initial rollout!

They have 30 months to get the nationwide dealer network ready for this new vehicle. There is no good reason to sell the first year's production to CA, FL, Washington, DC, and maybe NY.

If you can get is an e-mail address for Waggoner, Lutz, Webber, and the entire Board Of Directors at GM, I would wager that they would each get about 10,000 e-mails from members here asking for the same thing!!!!
