Actually the original Popemobile's license plate is SCV1 {translation: Vatican City 1}. The Vatican received a Nissan Leaf (the Vatican's first ever EV), so that would be SCVEV1. The Chevy Bolt/Ampera E is the Vatican's second EV, so SCVEV2. (ECTO-1 was already taken.)
