Need some help explaining this numbers. I’ve been fighting with some sort of issue for months now and have yet to figure out what’s going on. I understand kWh used on the center is a total including the negative for regen. Any way I look at the figures on MyGreenVolt they don’t add up. Please help.

The screen says 43 miles for 9.8 kWh used and the app says 42 for 8.9kWh. I'm sorry, I don't know why the discrepancy as I don't have that app or sensor to test myself. The only thing I can think of is the app was not reset exactly after a full charge?

Both these numbers come from the car correct? Is it possible the car is using more energy to travel down the road then it should? I've been dealing with a range loss issue for about 2 months now. Even had the HV Battery replaced about a month ago after a RPP message appeared.

The app gets data from OnStar. Due to bandwidth considerations, the OnStar data is not updated continuously. As a result, there is a very good chance the app has old data.

Is it possible the app is configured incorrectly, i.e. it thinks you have the 17 Kw battery when you actually have the 16kw battery ?
