I am a retiree from the aerospace industry. My hobbies are electric vehicles (EVs) and computers. Right now I am an owner of a Zenn EV, which is a Neighborhood Electric Vehicle (NEV) that has a range of 10 to 30 miles (lower range with colder temperatures) and a speed of 35 mph. It is an interesting vehicle, and shows what can be done - but I am looking for a plug-in vehicle that can do much more. The Volt may be the answer.
