I bought the eGo snowblower, and it was a bust of a season. No snow. I take full credit for the lack of snow in parts of Maryland.

So, I had the two 5.0 Ah batteries that came with it. I did also get the 7.5 Ah battery with the mower, so now I have 3. May also get the blower with no battery. I have a crappy Black & Decker electric blower.

While I could have gotten the self propelled mower without the battery, when you un-bundle the battery, the price is compelling. Bundled, the battery is about $120, unbundled, it's $265 (battery alone is $385, minus the reduction in price if you pull it out, or $120).

I was able to fit a Kobalt Li Ion 80V 21" mower, Kobalt Li Ion 80V 500cfm blower and Kobalt 80V 16" trimmer. all together, in my Gen 1 Volt, with some room to spare :)

Kobalt is nothing but Greenworks equipment, branded and slightly modified by Lowes so the batteries are not interchangeable with Greenworks.

I miss my Spark EV. :( It was such a fun, easy car to drive. So easy to park and get around in. And fast and quick.
Yes, I'm still having a ball with it. I actually pulled a chest muscle the other day going fast around a sharp corner. LOL

I have that mower and the blower and the weed trimmer and the hedge trimmer. Fantastic products. Plenty of batteries since I bought the full kit for everything but the blower. That leaf blower is powerful! Way better than the wimpy B&D.

That looks good!!!

More than on one occasion I hauled 10ft long PVC pipes in my spark EV. Gets them done - have a bungee cord to keep the hatch down.

keep looking at those mowers, hopefully they will come down in price. ...
Download and use the online Home Depot App, and they often give 20% off just for the asking (e.g. say my friend just got 20% off). Got mine with free shipping a couple of weeks back on Mister Dave's recommendation. http://gm-volt.com/forum/showthread.php?290457-Battery-Powered-Lawn-Mower-Update/page2

The online guy could not give me the 20% for an in-store pickup (NY) and shipped it from CA! The box was a little dinged up, but the mower was fine. Oh well, it works great! Just used it a second time, lots of fun. Sold the 14" Neuton on Craigs list (the neuton is ideal for a tiny front yard, but too small for a full sized yard).
