Spark EV Sighting in NJ

Driving home on the GSP yesterday, there was a red Spark in the lane to my right. I thought there was something wrong with the left fender 'cause something was sticking out. When I pulled next to it, I realized it was the charge port door sticking out. A Spark EV in NJ. I didn't catch what state the plates were from, though.
