Something transmitting on 0x7E0 and 0x7E4 in my new Volt 2017

Hello,

I am developing an application using OBD2 requests to get SOC and other status from my Volt. My problem is I noticed that there is something transmitting on the same IDs as I am (7E0 7E4). Those requests occur when starting or stopping. Below are the requests seen, does anyone have that? can they be turned OFF? Could it be OnStar?
