Is there any way to mount the new 120V evse to the wall like the old model? At first blush the connector and cable look more robust than mine. Glad to see they're improving it.

Could you take a few pics of the new seat upholstery and the new pebble interior color? Also the center stack controls, if anything has changed.

I'm surprised they changed the color of the chard cord to black. It definitely looks better than bright orange but isn't that defeating the purpose? I want the cord to be seen by people walking near it since it is a tripping hazard.

Agreed, it's a potential tripping hazard. But the new relief looks significant, seems GM is learning from the first 25K Volt owners. Not a fan of the new wheels, after market has much better choices. I do wish my early build 12 had MyLink. And of course I can see the value of the new HOLD mode and wish I had it.

All in all they keep tweaking the Volt, can't wait to see what Caddy does with ELR next year. I'm stoked on what I'm seeing.

Hmm, with the Amp adjustment now in the stack, is the new charger compatible with the MY2011/2012 vehicles?

Also, since most of this looks to be software based enhancements, I am wondering if we will see a software update on earlier models. The charger change makes me think we will.

Wouldn't count on it. GM has been pretty stingy with retrofitting seemingly pure software features into the MY2011's. I would love to be surprised, though.

Sundance, thanks for the pictures of the details on the '13 model.

Personally I do not like the monotone color scheme on the 2013 models. The car looks too much, blends in, like all the other cars on the road. I personally like the black roof and hatch treatment to set the car off visually.

Something's got to give-
Either GM dealers will be required to retain TWO nearly identical EVSEs in stock (one with a switch for varying current, one without), OR a software update to 11s and 12s must be done. I would think the latter is a smarter move.
