Agreed, it's a potential tripping hazard. But the new relief looks significant, seems GM is learning from the first 25K Volt owners. Not a fan of the new wheels, after market has much better choices. I do wish my early build 12 had MyLink. And of course I can see the value of the new HOLD mode and wish I had it.I'm surprised they changed the color of the chard cord to black. It definitely looks better than bright orange but isn't that defeating the purpose? I want the cord to be seen by people walking near it since it is a tripping hazard.

Wouldn't count on it. GM has been pretty stingy with retrofitting seemingly pure software features into the MY2011's. I would love to be surprised, though.Hmm, with the Amp adjustment now in the stack, is the new charger compatible with the MY2011/2012 vehicles?
Also, since most of this looks to be software based enhancements, I am wondering if we will see a software update on earlier models. The charger change makes me think we will.
I'm not really too thrilled with those wheels. Agreed that others could be better and would like to see a higher performance tires on there.
Also would love to see the sun roof. That is a deal breaker for my future Volt.
Looking forward to more pics.
Thanks for posting them.

I'm sure you are correct on that one; don't those optional wheels look like the Ampera wheels?Aren't the sport wheels an option? The standard wheels look the same:
