That is the safest colour for a car as that is the colour easiest seen in low light levels. Some fire engines are painted this colour for this reason rather than red which, ironically. is one of the colour hardest to see at low light levels.

The Shock-colored Bolt looks like it could be a driving school vehicle. Just slap a magnetic business sign on the side and a student driver sticker on rear.

Dude... That was literally my first car, same exact year, make, model, and paint.
That's the car my wife owned when we got married. Her's was a '75, so it had bigger bumpers, but that same color!

When a friend of mine was teaching her kids to drive, she was terrified of the near collisions when they were trying to merge onto Seattles freeways. So she bought a big "student driver" sign to stick on her car - and never had a problem after that.

Do we know what the 2nd color is for the VOLT other than the pacific blue?
