2019 Gen2 Volt "Service Driver Assist System" and "ACC Temporarily Unavailable"

I see there are some older posts on this. In my case:
It was a hot humid day the 1st time got this message.
I used my OBDlink MX+ to clear general codes.
The message was gone.

The next day took off in morning no message.
On the return trip it was another hot day and the message is back.

The windshield and front emblem do not seem any more dirty than any other time.

Thoughts on what might be the cause and/or how to resolve … or is this a take-it-to-the-dealer thing?
