Ours makes the same noise. I tried the reset like stated above, didn't work for us. Very frustrating since it's completely random.
The clicking happens while stopped and in park as well. Definitely not the seat belt in my case.Just buckling the seat belt made no difference. The noise was still there. I had to pull hard on the belt after the reel locked up. It stops rattling for about 2-3 days.

They told me they never had anyone complain about clicking before, I'll chalk that up to volume, maybe.My dealer, Ted Britt Chevy in Sterling, VA, fixed the issue I was having, but I'm not sure it's the same as that reported by others in this thread. For me, the driver's door panel was a little loose, right where you'd rest your arm out the window. I demonstrated to them that it had more play than the other side, and that it made obnoxious clicking noises. Their tech reproduced, and they ordered a replacement panel under warranty! Sound is now gone.
