I set my radio preset buttons to genres of music on my USB flash drive, but it from time to time erases them all! The radio (FM) presets seem to stay put, just the MP3 genres. Anyone else encounter this, and if so, was it a defect you had corrected on warranty, problem with the flash drive, or what?

No experience with this, unfortunately.

Does the USB drive stay plugged in all the time? Or do you remove it and re-install it occasionally? If you do remove it, I'm thinking you might've inserted it too late during car startup that the car busy with other startup functions and neglected to detect the USB drive, removing your favorites in the process.

This assumes if the USB drive is no longer available (yank out while car is running or after you've turned off the car then turn on car again) that favorites pointing to the USB drive are removed permanently.

Take it in and get them to perform the available radio and human machine interface (HMI) firmware and software updates as per this bulletin

Great news that there may be a fix! I also noticed that the voice-activation system says "no content of this type is available" if I ask for it to play a song, genre, or artist. Hopefully this fixes all! But, I recently went in for a reprogram (the recall for the hybrid system), a few months ago. Is there a way to tell if I already have this update? (I hope I don't!)
