Frequently my radio gets muted and I am unable to unmute it. A message indicates an active phone call yet my phone is off. I try the 'End' call button to no avail. I end up having to call my phone from another phone, accept the call then hang up. ...the my radio gets un-muted. What a pain!

Mine mutes and displays the incoming call message when I am navigating with Waze on my phone and a voice direction is being sent via Bluetooth to the car's infotainment system. I wonder if something similar is happening with yours.
