No, Tesla also has a network of Destination Charging stations that are not Supercharger Stations.

I don't believe that the Supercharger Stations support Level II charging. It would be counter to the fast recharge paradigm that is the reason for the Supercharger Stations. Level II charging would take too long to charge and would create unwanted vehicle congestion at the Supercharger Stations.
As stated Tesla supercharger stations do not have Level 2 charging, however Tesla typically installs a J1772 Level 2 station alongside it's destination charging stations.
