I have spent a bit of time creating playlists for myself, my wife, my kids, etc. Yesterday when I started up the car, they were all gone. This is the second time this has happened. Any idea what causes this? I assume there's no way to get them back.

The infotainment system on my 2016 has been problematic from day one. I have a service appointment finally coming up (August 3) where they will be addressing that problem, as well as an oil leak, creaking brake pedal, and missing tire inflator kit (all problems since day one).

Here are the problems I've had with the infotainment system:
1. Loses my favorites settings (all "buttons" become greyed out)
2. Loses my Nav preferences settings (voice prompts keep coming back on, when I set them OFF)
3. Steering wheel paddles for scrolling through favorites either don't work, or jump erratically over favorites (like key bounce)
4. Sometimes will not turn on.
5. Often loses the USB connection to my iPod.
Definite quality problems there.
