I have bought Chevy Volt 2017 Premier. I see front and rear fender splash are made of some fabric basis. I want to establish front and rear plastic fender splash . Someone selected from other car? Some producer of plastic fender splash for Chevy Volt can eat?

Yes, the 2017, 2018 GM fender liners are now some kind of stiff fabric. This is also true for my Bolt EV.

If you want to mount a splash guard, I think you may need to add a plastic plate on the inside of the liner. Something you can attach the splash guard to, perhaps with the black plastic push-pin body panel rivets? The have a wider surface area compared to a screw.
