Pandora plays when I get out of the car

If you have a motorola phone, I know there is an app called moto that you can set up to automatically start pandora when it connects to bluetooth, read texts, etc. I'm sure other brands have something similar. Make sure you don't have any programs set to automatically start a program based on bluetooth detection, GPS or anything else.
I have had numerous weird things happen related to the infotainment system on my 2017 Volt. Pandora and/or Audio Books start playing instantly when I start the car and sporadically decide to keep playing when I shut the car down. Outside of powering down the whole thing (which means no calls, texts or phone based navigation) , I haven't been able to stop it. Bluetooth and USB both cause unwanted audio actions. Mute will hide the problem, but the irony of a nearly silent car that won't shut up is not lost on me.....
I've a similar issue with Itunes and Podcasts. The key to not have it happen seems to be to have the infotainment set to another source (such as XM) even when off. It was pretty annoying for a while, and still occasionally occurs on my Iphone 7.

Having only had my Volt for about a week, this is the main set of issues I've had as well. Sometimes the iPod connected via USB plays appropriately, and sometimes the startup sound is missing and there's silence while the screen says the iPod is playing. Changing sources usually fixes it. Sometimes Siri works by holding the steering wheel button, and sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes it receives and broadcasts my incoming texts, and sometimes it doesn't. Lots of little gremlins and annoying quirks in the infotainment so far.
