Anybody know why "My Charging & Efficiency Status" info not updating on my cars web page anymore? All I get the past several days is "We're sorry. There was an error connecting to your vehicle. Please refresh your browser or try again later." See Here:

Tried the Onstar Chat help.....totally useless. She just gave me a number to call.

I am a huge fan of what GM has done the past several years, and love my Gen 2 Volt, but this is why companies like Apple and Google willl dominate the car companies, they can't even seem to keep a web site working. (and even when it does work they have the decimal place in the wrong place for "Last 30 Days" Kwh/100 miles....that never worked right, last month showed me 2,023Kwh/100 miles! ....nobody at Onstar checks their work!????)

Correction, you're using the https://my.chevrolet.com site, not the https://www.onstar.com site, based on your screen cap. I get the same error as well on the my.chevrolet.com site. If I use the https://secure.myvolt.com site, I can get charge status, level, and send commands to start charging immediately all from the myvolt site. The OnStar RemoteLink android app also still works and reports the same status as the myvolt site: charging.

Maybe try the myvolt site? All three of the above sites are tied to the same login so if you can sign into one, you can sign into the others.

EDIT: Also discovered that myvolt site now offers monthly fuel usage. Cooooool.
